Description

• Prepare Procurement, Resources, Logistic and plants/machinery Planning • Develop Base Program and obtain necessary approvals • Update Base Schedule Periodically with Actual Progress • Allocate Resources to the Base Program • Prepare and Monitor Cash Flows for Projects based on Budget and Program • Attend meetings with Consultants / Clients for follow-up and monitoring progress of works • Prepare look ahead schedules • Prepare regular work progress reports, identify areas of concern and recommend plans for improvement • Produce Progress S Curves • Identify and justify entitlements for time extensions • Prepare time impact analysis and time extension claims
